The ironman












I just watched the Olympic distance triathlon- so exciting! Amazing finish for Simon Whitfield!

The ironman, aka full distance triathlon :

3.8km (2.4 mile) swim, 180km (112 mile) bike and 42km (26.2 mile) run!
