have you read Good Calories Bad Calories or The China Study? I really love both of those books. They give opposing views so its really interesting to hear their opinions and what evidence they use!

This isn't exactly the most fact based book, but Naturally Thin by Bethenny Frankel was the first food book that actually got me to rethink how and why I ate the way I did.
And I'm in the process of reading Julie and Julia. I'm pretty much in love with it. Have you read her other book-Cleaving? It sounds pretty interesting.

My pleasure Rebecca!

Gillian- I wish I could read more now... being back in school takes up a lot of my time! :)

Kaysnuttyoasis- I haven't read either of those books- but they are definitely on the top of my must-read list. Thanks!

Kara- Thanks for stopping by! I haven't read Cleaving yet... but really want to! I was debating whether I should buy the hardcover or wait for it to come out in paperback... but I don't think I could wait that long. Did you hear... she supposedly has an affair! shocking! :)

Nice compilation. It contained some books I had not heard of before.

I am missing one book on the list, however.
