I am so glad you posted this! It's so true, every single one of them. IN fact just last night I was thinking about number one. It was about 6:12pm and I thought to myself "I'm hungry!" but then I realized I wasn't really hungry, it was just "Dinner Time" and I figured I SHOULD be hungry. It was like a light bulb went off in my head! I didn't end up eating until about 7:10, when I WAS hungry, for real. I think this is an issue for many people. You just have to stop, slow down, and think for a second. Be in the moment!
I'm a Canadian Registered Dietitian and thought it would be fun to share the knowledge I have, as well as what I learn- anything related to nutrition, food and physical activity.
Let me know if there's anything you'd like to know, and please feel free to comment and make suggestions- I'd love to hear your point of views, experiences, and thoughts.
Thanks for reading!
This blog is meant to inform and entertain a general public and other health-care providers on nutrition and health issues, and serves as an outlet for my own personal opinions. It is not my purpose to give you advice- I can't do that without asking you lots of questions... Contact a Registered Dietitian and/or talk to your doctor if you have any health issues or before making any big changes to your diet.
I don't receive any money for keeping this blog, and don't endorse any products. I love when you comment (so please do!)... and while I like knowing who comments, if you wish to be anonymous, you can be. Emails are never published with your comments. If you ask me a question, I'll try my best to answer it, and will never disclose your name on this blog, unless you give me consent to do so. Thanks for stopping by! Such an interesting article!
I'm also into the food blog world, and it would be great if you can take a look at my site and leave me any comment/suggestion.
Take care and keep posting!
